• Telehealth is not appropriate for emergency medical conditions.

As a user of NibbleWise, you agree to:

• Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws.
• Avoid uploading harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of NibbleWise may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, duration, and applicable terms will be displayed before purchase.

• Subscription renewal and billing are subject to the terms displayed at purchase and the applicable app store payment rules.
• Where a subscription renews automatically, it will continue until cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms.
• For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, users should manage cancellation through the relevant account or subscription settings.
• Refund requests are handled according to the applicable store policies and any rights available under applicable law.

• Graphics
• Logos

• Designs and branding

8. Limitation of Liability

• Outcomes of practitioner consultations.
• Internet connectivity or technical interruptions.
• Failures of third-party platforms or service providers.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law.

Disputes shall be resolved by the courts or other forums having jurisdiction under applicable law.
